Shipping
All packages will ship 3 to 5 business days after receipt of cleared payment. Domestic orders will ship via USPS priority mail. International orders will ship via USPS airmail parcel post or surface parcel post. All orders have a $1.30 handling charge attached to cover insurance costs.
In special situations, where a parcel will incur a surcharge because of weight or size, other shipping options will be explored to find the best price for the customer. These instances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Returns
Our business is a small operation. We do not have the ability to accept returns without merit. Returns will only be permitted if an item is grossly misrepresented by us. If this should be the case, the customer must contact us within 3 business days of package receipt. Refunds will not be given because product descriptions were not thoroughly read.
That being said, we are reasonable people who strive to make our buyers happy. We recognize you take a leap of faith when making purchases online. Should you find yourself unhappy, contact us and we will attempt to come to a resolution that satisifes everyone.
